As a supply chain consultant with over 30 years of industry experience—primarily in Third-Party Logistics (3PL) and Distribution—I help organizations optimize complex distribution environments and drive sustainable operational improvements. My consulting work is grounded in hands-on expertise across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, high-tech, e-commerce, consumer goods, automotive, apparel, pharmaceuticals, and chemical / hazmat regulated environments. I have a strong background in systems development, systems integration and process mapping.
I specialize in guiding teams through transformative change, from streamlining paper-based operations to implementing highly automated, robotic systems. My approach is practical, results-oriented, and deeply collaborative—designed to deliver measurable impact while strengthening internal team capabilities for long-term success.
